Going to Betty Kay when I visit the family is an additional plus to seeing the smiling faces of my nieces and nephews. There is nothing like your hometown bakery. The service is always excellent and the bake goods never disappoint.

Ok products but overpriced.

My son and daughter recently bought their wedding cake here. Before the wedding even began flowers came off the cake. Then before they could even cut it the front of the cake on the top tier fell apart, completely ruining the look of the cake. When I called, the owner at first offered me a 10% refund. I would have been satisfied with this. However, she called this morning and had decided she did not owe me anything because her employee said "the table was uneven" and "the floor was uneven". I believe the employee had a responsibility to make sure the CAKE was even. I'm very disappointed in the owners response to this. A wedding cake is an important part of the cake. I have been going to Betty Kay my entire life since I grew up in Bath, but now, I won't. This is poor customer service.

I preordered 2 dozen snowballs for my mom and asked them to be frozen as they had to travel 1300 miles to home. They cheerfully made my order and even called long distance to be sure I knew their hours so I wouldn't miss picking them up. Love their goodies too.

Every time we come home for the family reunion we stop here for the famous English cuts. The staff is great and very happy to see customers.

Are you looking for a good old fashioned bakery instead of the grocery store bakeries? If the answer is yes, then Betty Kay is the place to go. Everything I have tasted there is scrumptious. Don't feel like making a pie at holiday time? This is the place to order one from. The cakes are wonderful also. YUM!

Staying at the old national and this bakery was an easy walk from there. Very Hometown feeling... the Baked goods in there are homemade from scratch. They have some unique items (to the out-of-towners anyway!) such as grape pie & from scratch fig cookies, which I would best describe as homemade fig newtons-- they were delicious. The coffee was good and the women running the bakery were friendly and attentive. The raw honey in the honeycomb and Can made crochet doilies for sale added charm.

Pick up a Anniversary cake today the cake was dry ..no filling in cake and no champagne frosting with the pistachio half and the candy Rose's were terrible. We will never go back.

Bought a birthday cake for my son here while we were traveling. It was excellent! Then came back to buy snowballs to take to a family reunion! Family loved it and reminisced about growing up with the Betty-Kay bake shop. Staff was friendly and helpful!
